		<description>In Texas, most mediation seems to be caucus style, although the mediation training normally is non-caucus. Mediation in Texas family law cases without attorneys participating is rare. However it is done here, mediation is very effective in family law cases.  Somehow we have adapted and overcome the legitimate issues you mentioned.  
In contrast, our Collaborative cases rely exclusively on joint meetings, which I prefer.  It is interesting how variations in practice develop across the country.</description>
